As market incentives and regulatory drivers increase pressure on food and other natural resource sectors to deliver a more traceable product to market, companies are weighing when and how to invest in better supply chain oversight.
At the same time, governments, charitable foundations, aid agencies, and NGOs are designing strategies and incentives to increase traceability and disclosure on production and processing methods associated with food systems.
