The BAADER Group is planning on showing off its newest processing equipment to the seafood industry at the 2017 Seafood Expo North America / Seafood Processing North America in Boston, Massachusetts from 19 to 21 March.
BAADER, based in Luebeck, Germany, offers technical high performance machines and solutions for seafood processing. Baader is a world market leader in fish processing machinery, producing high performance technology that can fillet up to 24,000 fish per hour. It is family owned and currently led by executive chairwoman Petra Baader, the third generation of her family to play an executive role in the company’s operations.
