Over the past decade, Asia has been regarded as one of the biggest growth opportunities for U.S. seafood exports. The enormous Chinese market, in particular, gobbled up an increasingly large share of U.S. exports of higher-end seafood products, such as lobster, oysters, snow and king crab, and geoduck.
